Every day, the landscape of employment law changes. A newer area of consideration is the treatment of transgender employees

.  If a male employee, for example, is changing gender to become a woman, which bathroom should the employee use?  Could this choice by the employee regarding bathroom usage lead to charges of harassment by the other employees?  What if the employer makes the bathroom usage choice . . . could this lead potentially to charges of harassment by the employee who is changing genders?
