Globalization is a procedure of connecting people, organizations and administrations from different countries which are controlled by worldwide exchange and investment using IT(Information Technology). At my place of employment, I am working on a project called HVI which is related to Health care products.The product that we currently working was in demand and very useful for facilities to have that in application.This increased demand leads to recruit more number of employees all over the world connecting individuals on single platform to communicate with offshore team.Because of this product demand they also opened opportunities to hire more people in other countries as well.With this we are now operating internationally to complete this project.Now HR has to be very cautions as we are operating internationally includes so many barriers like languages, education levels with respect to the current area of job specifications.There are also other factors like cultures,law etc. with respect to each country that we operate In.
