Starbucks has been named among the mostnethical organization in the world under his leadership. Schultz has also beennon the front line leading the company during its lowest time. For instance,nwhen he worked as Starbuck’s chairman, the company was going through one of itsnmost difficult phases (Gallo, 2013). The company’s sales were dropping as wellnas the stock. The company was working towards making profits. Schultz had tontake over as the CEO as he had the passion and he believed that making profitsnwas not the company’s aim. It shows that his personality helped in enhancingnhis leadership.

BradnSmith Intuit’s chairman and CEO, is considered as one of the leaders inninnovation. He has developed an innovative culture within the company.  Just like Schultz, Smith encourages teamworknwithin the enterprise. Intuit is among the leading financial softwarenorganizations. It introduced the QuickBooks accounting software which has beennhelpful to many businesses (Williams, 2012). Smith has worked towards ensuringnthat the company retains its position with the business world. He considersnboth the employees and the customers as an important part of the business.nAnother similarity of Brad Smith and Schultz is that they both believe innmotivating their employees. He encourages the workers to take risks and explorenother areas for the good of the company. He does not believe that employees shouldncome up to him for help; instead, they are required to come up withnsolutions.

His focus on the customers has helped the company grow tonbecome one of the world leaders in the business field. Brad believes inninnovation which helps the company to keep up with the latest technology.nIntuit is considered an innovative company and it has also been named as one ofnthe best companies to work for in the world. It is clear that his dedication hasnhelped the company grow.
