This week we added another layer of functionality impacting this complex relationship; FOH Selection Staffing and Training. The methods and processes a business implements for hiring, training and staffing for a particular service delivery system has a direct impact on customer service expectations and standards.

How then does one utilize human resource processes to increase the likelihood for a specific organization?
