You will select one topic from the following list, conduct independent research on that topic, and prepare a 10-12 page paper discussing the topic and its relation to the emergency management field.

Essay Topic Selected:

Describe and discuss how technology in emergency management and response, including social media, has evolved. How is it affecting emergency planning, response, and donations management?

Whichever topic you choose, your paper should consist of the following items:
